The Macquarie Point Multipurpose Stadium is a landmark urban renewal project for Hobart, with a sports capacity of 24,500 and an entertainment capacity of 31,500. It is planned around a world-first hybrid steel and Tasmanian-sourced laminated timber ETFE transparent dome roof, with completion targeted for the Tasmania Devils’ 2031 AFL debut season.
